Register here: http://www.eventbrite.ca/e/service-design-jam-toronto-2014-tickets-10184531207

When is it?
The weekend of March 7-9, 2014

What is it?
The Global Service Jam is a non-profit volunteer activity organized by an informal network of service design afficinados, who all share a common passion for growing the field of service design and customer experience. The Jam has a staff of none and a budget of nearly nothing - we are all volunteers.

What will we do?
You’ll be working with people you might never have met before, bouncing ideas off one another and building on what bounces back. People all over the world are Jamming around the same Theme, sharing insights and support globally. And it’s not just talking - you are here to turn your ideas into a concrete design, prototype and plan of action which you or somebody else might want to make real.

Please note - the price for Jammers is $5 (plus applicable fees) to help cover costs of supplies and refreshments. (non-refundable).
If you just want to watch our final presentations and awards, this is FREE!
Huge thanks to our sponsors!

Service Design Drinks Toronto

The first Servicedesigning event in Toronto!

We want to kickstart a forum for people interested in service design in Toronto to come together and share knowledge, and help map out the service design space.

To get things going, we’d like to invite you to an initial jam session to get input on the direction of this project, and assess what you think would be most valuable for us to pursue as next steps.

Come join us!
